With more than four decades of experience, Dr. Paul Weiner brings unmatched expertise, dedication, and heart to every individual he serves. Holding dual doctorates in Physical Therapy and Education, along with a master’s degree in Human Nutrition, Paul blends evidence-based practice with a holistic approach to healing and performance.
Paul is licensed in both New Jersey and New York as a physical therapist and athletic trainer. Over the years, he has worked with athletes at every level—from weekend warriors to professional teams including the New York Mets and USA Soccer. His extensive background allows him to understand the demands athletes face and create strategies that support peak performance, recovery, and long-term wellness.
In addition to his clinical work, Paul has served as an educator at Bergen Community College, William Paterson University, Rutgers University, and Mercy College, shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals. He is also certified in Exercise for the Aging Adult (CEEAA) and Mental/Life Coaching (GMCP), giving him a unique perspective on both physical and emotional well-being across the lifespan.
Today, Paul owns and operates a combined physical therapy and mental/life coaching practice in Hackensack, NJ. His mission is simple: help every client—athlete or non-athlete—move better, feel stronger, and live with greater confidence and purpose.
